First Steps once you join ConsultX
Initial training
Immediately after joining the ConsultX network, you will go through our comprehensive training with induction manuals and a kick-start program to give you the best possible start.
You’ll have access to a huge suite of resources and on-going support to answer all questions you may have about the ConsultX systems and consulting to your clients.
Remote training system
Our remote training system combined with our online resources and personal support provides world-class training. This allows you to learn at your own pace, complete training when & where you want, start at any-time and learn everything you need to know. This is done through a variety of mediums including videos, reading & live online training.
At your own pace
Whether you want to start today or you need to transition from employment, our training will work for you. You can make your way through the training material at your own pace and schedule times for live sessions with our consultant trainers. All you need is an internet connection and a computer or tablet.
We encourage new Business Success Partners to watch specific videos again before attending the first few prospect & client meetings and again every month until you feel confident.
Varied learning
We supply a varied range of reading, video, audio and visual tools to cater to your learning style. To enhance your experience we also incorporate practical role-playing and case histories of real consulting clients from people within the ConsultX Network.
Supplemental training
Make use of additional training modules to ensure you’re able to help all businesses and fill in possible gaps in your experience. These important topics include accounting fundamentals, rescuing a business and many more.
Spaced repetition
It’s vital you retain knowledge about the ConsultX system and how to consult, but this doesn’t happen over night. Spaced repetition is the best way to reinforce memories and ensure nothing slips through the gaps. All materials and training videos are easily accessible to review on a regular basis.

Training updates
In our quest to build the best and easiest-to-use consulting system in the world, we take feedback from users, complete research and continuously improve. All program updates are delivered with complete training videos, support and documents. A recent update included a remote consulting module to ensure our Business Success Partners remained relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Training is complemented by a 13-week marathon plan to ensure you get off to a flying start. On-going training, support and updates are delivered through weekly webinars, podcasts, the ConsultX Network group and regular conferences. You are provided with a powerful set of resources at your fingertips to get you signing clients quickly. The objective is to replace your income as quickly as possible.
